The supposed hero of our story. Tricky is just some average smart-mouthed guy who happened to get caught in the crosshairs of Dream Caster's curse by complete random chance. Being the straight- man fish-out-of-water, nearly everyone in the Astral Plane loves messing with him. Because they get a kick out of it. The only reason he teams up with Volt is because she convinced him to beat everyone up.

This big-eared punk rocker is nothing but chaos personified. She loves nothing more than creating problems on purpose and wrecking Caster's carefully constructed domain. Not much is known about her past, since she doesn't like talking about it too much. Volt's got personal beef with Caster because of her past, which is the only real reason she's teamed up with Tricky. That and she thinks it would be funny to see some random ordinary guy beat him up.

Also known as Remagus Somnus (his real name), Dream Caster is the mastermind behind this whole scheme. As a master of dream magic, he was able to create a metaphysical pocket dimension that exists within his own dreams known as the Astral Plane. He gets a kick out of messing with people, so he tends to curse people by forcefully projecting their consciousness into the Astral Plane.

Todo will do anything to make a quick buck. She can be found all around the various Dream Worlds, gatekeeping various levels and areas for profit. She's probably the richest character in the Astral Plane save for Caster himself, but she isn't very high regarded because of her greed.

Considered the "Bully of Breezy Bluffs," Dash is a hot-headed tenrec who was hired by Caster to safeguard one of the keys to his castle.

Nobody knows what Maddo is, but it freaks everyone out. It lives in a cavern underneath Liminal Lagoon. Rumor has it that it was created by Caster specifically to guard its castle key, rather than being hired like everyone else.

Dusk is probably the one person who is actually close to Dream Caster. They are his right hand them, his confidant, his sycophant, his silly rabbit. They might have a strong crush on Caster or something. Nobody's sure what's going on between them.
